Service Description

Mini & Me Yoga is a lighthearted, kid-friendly yoga class where parents and children move together through simple poses, games, and stretches led by Mr. Jon. The focus is on bonding, body awareness, and having fun. No experience needed. Ages 3–10, parents welcome on the mat. A lucky little moment to slow down and connect as a family.
