Workshop Outline: * Jewelry/ Juice Pop Up * 15-20min Yoga Flow * 5 min transition activity * 20 min this or that healthy snack swap game * 30 min nutrition teaching on food groups + hydration and why each is important * 5 min description of my spring challenge “Beautifully Balanced Boot-Camp”- 4 week challenge/ program with Amy * Remainder of time: Q&A -Q&A from ppl at workshop and will also be answering “ Ask A Nutritionist” Mason Jar that has been available throughout the month- located at the table / bar at the back of the studio :) Workshop Description: Step into a space of renewal and alignment, where movement meets nourishment and intention guides the way. This workshop is designed to help you find balance between mindful movement and intuitive nutrition—supporting your body from the inside out as you transition into the energy of summer. Whether you’re a wellness seeker, a lover of flow, or simply ready to reconnect with your body and breath, you’ll leave feeling grounded, revitalized, and empowered with tools to nourish your whole self. Bring your mat and an open mind—it’s time to flow, fuel, and flourish.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule , please send a message 24 hours in advance. If you cancel between 24 hours and 1 hour you will be charged 50% of the class price. If you cancel later than 1 hour before a session/no show you will be charged 100% of that price.
