Service Description

Join Cali & Abigail for this special team teach event. Yoga Sculpt in a heated candlelit studio, followed by sound bath and breathwork. Optional assists will be provided. Intensity: Medium/ 75 min class. What to expect: low lighting, heated room, sound bowls and breath work. Moves like Sun A's and B's, core sequencing, strong focus on breath, relaxing sound bath to end.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule , please send a message 24 hours in advance. If you cancel between 24 hours and 1 hour you will be charged 50% of the class price. If you cancel later than 1 hour before a session/no show you will be charged 100% of that price.
