This 50-minute mat-based Pilates class follows the traditional sequence developed by Joseph Pilates, focused on core strength, alignment, and control. Expect precise movements, breathwork, and mindful flow that challenge your body without high impact. Using just your bodyweight (with optional light props), you'll build deep core strength, improve posture, and enhance total-body stability. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule , please send a message 24 hours in advance. If you cancel between 24 hours and 1 hour you will be charged 50% of the class price. If you cancel later than 1 hour before a session/no show you will be charged 100% of that price.
