Service Description

Drop in or stay through, this monthly sound bath will occur post our candlelight yoga class. Clients can book a drop in rate of $35 or stay through from the previous yoga class for $13. Clients must attend and book the yoga class to pick the $13 option. Description: Stationary, meditation based. No Intensity. NON HEATED. What to expect: Meditation at the beginning of the session. 50 minutes to an hour of various instruments that are geared towards meditation and restoration. Crystal sound bowls are the main instrument you will hear in every sound bath. Each sound bowl is tuned to a chakra which will send vibrations through your body and brain through binaural beats to promote healing, relaxation, and many other benefits. Various props used to support comfort and relaxation: Bolsters, Blocks, Pillows. Bring your own blanket and/or eye mask.
