Service Description
Medium + Intensity. Non-heated. A breath-focused, core-driven class that blends classical Pilates foundations with a contemporary twist. Move with the rhythm of your inhale and exhale as you flow through a mix of mat and standing exercises designed to strengthen your core, arms, back, and glutes—plus a little glute surprise to keep things interesting! Each class varies in structure, incorporating controlled, strength-building movements and dynamic arm combos to generate internal heat without the external heat of a heated room. Expect a balanced challenge with modifications and options available to meet you where you are. Props possible: Pilates ball, block, Pilates ring, dumbbells, ankle weights, resistance bands, oracle/angel cards

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule , please send a message 24 hours in advance. If you cancel between 24 hours and 1 hour you will be charged 50% of the class price. If you cancel later than 1 hour before a session/no show you will be charged 100% of that price.
