trength & Sweat is a 60-minute full-body training session that blends functional fitness, low-intensity interval training (LIIT), and strategic core sculpting to build real strength and lasting stamina. Expect grounded strength circuits, energizing cardio bursts, and purposeful movement patterns that mimic real-life activity — all designed to tone muscles, support joint health, and boost your mood. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule , please send a message 24 hours in advance. If you cancel between 24 hours and 1 hour you will be charged 50% of the class price. If you cancel later than 1 hour before a session/no show you will be charged 100% of that price.
