Join Wanderlust Wellness Studio and Fuel Her Flight for an unforgettable 4-night women’s wellness retreat in the heart of Scottsdale, Arizona, designed for women who are ready to recharge, reconnect, and rise into their next chapter. Surrounded by sun-soaked desert landscapes and breathtaking mountain views, this intimate retreat blends movement, mindfulness, adventure, and celebration. Each day begins with energizing Pilates sessions to awaken the body and strengthen the core, followed by nourishing meals prepared by a private chef and intentional experiences designed to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself. Together, we will move, reflect, explore, and celebrate the beauty of women supporting women. Guests will experience powerful moments of connection through intention-setting circles, a symbolic burning ceremony to release what no longer serves you, and candlelight gratitude gatherings under the desert sky. You’ll float into deep relaxation during a floating sound bath, hike through stunning desert trails, and enjoy refreshing afternoons by the pool—including a playful water aerobics session. Of course, no Wanderlust experience would be complete without a little adventure. One evening we’ll get dressed up and head into Scottsdale for a curated dinner and night on the town, celebrating life, friendship, and feminine energy.
